Form and Flow: The Roots of Qigong Practice January 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16 4:00-5:00 p.m. | $90 | REGISTER HERE In this introductory series we will explore the basic principles of Qigong practice. In our bodies, we will experience qi circulation, yin/yang polarities, and the three dantians (energy centers). These classes are suited for both beginning and intermediate practitioners. They will include a full-body warm up, self-massage, and a qi circulation practice. All classes will be recorded so if you are unable to make a class, you will be able to view later. |

To participate: You need a computer with internet, set up in a space where you can move— in your living room, kitchen, bedroom, or even outside if you have a laptop and earbuds.
- Please avoid eating heavy foods at least 1 hour before class starts
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bare feet, soft-soled shoes or warm socks if you won't slip- your choice.
- The "Room" will open 5 mins before the start time. If you arrive early, you are welcome to bring a ball to massage your feet!
