  • Opening the Right and Left Channels
  • Opening the six arm and leg channels (the main meridians used in TCM)
  • Balancing Yin and Yang
  • Cultivating strength, agility and flexibility

  • Integrating the Body, Breath, and Consciousness, leading to Emptiness of body & mind to become a clear vessel for Spiritual Presence

There are 15 Wild Goose Qigong Sets. In these classes, we'll focus on these forms:
The Twelve Treasures: These are beginning exercises that prepare the body for the main sets.
WG14: Seven Stars Chakra-Opening Qigong: The goal of this form is to open the entire body structure to flow. The intent is to increase the range of motion at the joints. This is a “stretching” routine that uses internal principles of expand-condense, open-close, yang-yin. We tap into the energy of the body to change the physical structure from the inside-out.
WG6: Patting the Meridians Qigong: This practice is both a meditation and a “wake-up call” for the system. It is used to open the channels and blood vessels, move Qi, open the Baihui acupoint (crown of the head), connect upper, middle and lower dantians, and regulate yin and yang.
WG7: Back Stretching Qigong: This form stretches the spine and opens the Governing Vessel. It uses the deceptively simple Chinese figure eight movement to relax the entire waist and hips.
WG1: The first 64 Movements: Wild Goose 1 Qigong is well known for its lovely and graceful movements, which are suggestive of the image of an innocent and carefree wild goose. This form is designed to work with post-birth stresses and imbalances that have accumulated over one’s life-time.
