Joyful Movement Qigong is a gentle practice of self-care. We nourish our joints and connective
tissue, our energy reservoirs, and our sense of well-being. By attending to our physical posture,
breath and intention, we access the Qigong State of Presence. In this state, the vital life force
energy- Qi - flows more freely, the spirit calms, and the body's innate capacity for self-healing
and self-regeneration is accelerated. Joyful Movement Qigong is beneficial and accessible for
people of all ages and abilities. It can be practiced standing, sitting or lying down. Moving
mindfully in a community amplifies the power of the practice and is great fun! Join us.
